Yoga Poses for a Detox

I LOVE to do these yoga poses whenever I’m feeling a bit groggy, unhealthy or drained. Put on some happy music and hold these poses for 2-4 minutes. Remember to breathe – clean all of the crap out thats been building up! I would definitely advise you to use a yoga strap and yoga blocks to help you to get deeper into a stretch. This will allow you to seep the full benefits of relieving stress and detoxing the body and mind.
