Yoga Poses for Inspiration and Motivation

These yoga poses are great for anyone wanting to be inspired, searching for their inner creative side or need an extra push in the right direction! These poses are aimed at opening your body, stretching you out and pushing you into new ideas.

To support these poses, first make a mantra using my ‘making mantras’ article. Identify your goals or desires and chant them in your mind whilst breathing deeply and doing the poses. You will soon be inspired, motivated and able to push back any fear or laziness! Use yoga straps and blocks to help you stretch out!
