Yoga Poses forĀ Strength

 

Yoga can make you incredibly strong! There is a certain typecast that yoga is for women and requires you to hold poses for a few seconds. I can’t begin to tell you how wrong this is! I used to run 8 miles daily and never did I get as sweaty or strong as I did whilst doing yoga!

So you want to get strong? Aim to hold these poses for 3 minutes (this may take you a while to achieve so don’t worry). Try to do 8-10 of the poses. Remember to breathe!!
