Yoga Poses for Anger

Having a tough day? Feeling angry or frustrated? These yoga poses are perfect for letting go of that anger and negative energy, leaving you feeling centred and happy. Hold each pose for 4 minutes. Use any towels, yoga straps, yoga blocks or additional tools to help you achieve the pose.

To really benefit from the poses, add a breathing technique or mantra. For the breathing technique, breathe deeply, ensuring that your lungs are completely full before letting out the anger!
