Yoga Poses for Balance
Balance has phenomenal benefits on our physical and mental health! By regularly practicing these balance poses for 1-2 minutes, you are strengthening your muscles and learning how to align yourself, all whilst maintaining focus on the present moment, prancing patience and commitment and finding inner balance.
To help you balance, you will need to find a focus point. Keep staring at the point to stop yourself from wobbling! You can also use any yoga straps or blocks, tables, walls or additional tools to help you achieve the pose.
