The Dynamic Yogi Retreats
I cannot recommend The Dynamic Yogi’s online retreats enough! I had a truly transformational week when doing her 7 day retreat. She covered everything from morning meditations, principles of yoga, different flows/practices, lots of yummy recipes and some extremely valuable self development tasks. It was the perfect week and was easy to weave into my day. The website is very clear to follow and she sets out a schedule everyday which is very helpful. When purchasing you have access for a whole year, so I’m very much looking forward to doing it again!
I did Ali’s 7 day at home yoga retreat and I’m so glad I did! It made me feel healthier and more relaxed than ever. It really helped improve my yoga knowledge with getting into a routine of doing a morning and evening yoga class each day, and there were even extra videos with helpful tips on positioning, breathing and improving arm strength etc, all of which I wasn’t aware of before! Ali has carefully structured each day, and has included tasty veggie recipes for every meal too. Aside from the physical benefits, it helped me gain a more positive outlook, thanks to the daily philosophy classes, which I have taken with me into my daily life after finishing the retreat. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who’s even slightly interested in learning more about yoga, or just looking for a week of relaxation and positivity!
I absolutely loved Ali’s yoga retreat. I’m a novice yogi but it was really easy to follow and I learnt a lot! It was so convenient being at home and doing the course online with two flows per day, as well as daily philosophy recording with a task list that really helped me to be more present, focused and relaxed. I was amazed by how much there was on offer and how helpful I found it!
