Yoga Poses for Meditation and Reflection

Life can get pretty hectic at times! Use these meditation and reflection poses to escape from the chaos and find peace.

You can use the traditional breathing technique of inhaling and exhaling deeply, whilst noticing your chest and stomach rising and falling. Alternatively, you can try a different breathing technique whereby you cover your right nostril with your left index finger (or cover your left nostril with your right index finger) and then breathe normally through the other nostril. Keep your mouth closed for inhaling and exhaling. This will help regulate your breathing and make you focus harder, therefore making it a good practice for mindfulness.
