Yoga Poses for Stress Relief


Having a stressful day? I’ve got just the thing for you! You may have guessed from the poses that hanging out upside down is an amazing way to help relieve you of stress! I would 100% recommend using a yoga strap and block to help you get into these poses. Only stretch as far as your body will let you!

Breathe deeply and think only positive thoughts. If you are struggling to block out negative thoughts, try putting 100% of your attention into your breathing. Notice how your stomach and lungs move, the aches or pains you feel, the noise your breathe makes, the way air leaves your mouth and nose.
